AudioCopy is a free app… and quite a lot of other apps are compatible with it. It can access to the iTunes file sharing and SoundCloud, and also compatible with audioShare (so with access to Dropbox and online library). This would avoid the need to develop a kind of sample library.

anckorageParticipantWould AudioCopy support to load your own sample be Ok for you ?
anckorageParticipantthanks Keymanpal ! Enjoy your Continuum, that’s an incredible instrument !
anckorageParticipantOk, I’m happy that all is fine now….
Please tell me if it happens again
Thanks for using SpringSoundChristophe
anckorageParticipantHi
Anckorage Spring and SpringSound are designed to be possibly used with multi-channel continuous controllers (like the Haken Continuum), so there is no channel filtering for Note-On/Off (otherwise I would miss some notes from such controllers).Christophe
anckorageParticipantWith some MIDI interface you may loose some text characters as the Continuum is a fast talking guy and requires a good quality MIDI interface, but this should only result in some incomplete labels and preset names. My test were Ok with iRig MIDI and iConnect MIDI, but not with Logilink USB cable.
Is the interface Ok with other apps ?
There also may be an initialization problem: try to unplug/replug the interface…
Let me know how it goes … -
